Shipping & Refund Policy

At checkout, 2 shipping methods will show the options your shipment will be delivered. We will ship your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.

We ship Monday through Thursday and our packages are delivered Tuesday through Friday—depending on the shipping destination, shipping method, and day and time of checkout. Shipments will not be delivered Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

We offer free 2-day air or next-day air for a flat-rate of $20. We only ship within the continental United States.

You can order 6 or 8 pints. If you would like to order more, please reach out to customer service.

Due to our food safety policy we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If your ice cream doesn’t arrive perfectly frozen, we’ll reship the order at our cost.
