Grilled Palisade Peaches & Blackberries with Vanilla Bean DiNoci Dairy-Free

Grilled peaches with DiNoci Vanilla Bean is the perfect way to top off your late summer dinners. It's a no fuss dessert that is both healthy and has the wow-factor of a fancy dessert. Bonus: Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Vegan.
Gluten-free, Dairy-Free, Vegan, Grain-Free
- 4 Ripe Palisade Peaches
- 1 ½ Cup Fresh Blackberries
- ½ tsp Lemon Zest
- Avocado or Grapeseed Oil
- Fleur de Sel (or similar flaky garnish salt)
- 2-4 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
- Fresh mint for garnish
- 1 Pint of DiNoci Dairy-Free Vanilla Bean
Cut peaches in half. Brush generously with oil. Grill on a clean grill or grill pan over medium heat until the peach begins to caramelize. Do not disturb or move the peach for the first few minutes of cooking time. Once softened and caramelized, keep warm until ready to serve. Meanwhile, place blackberries in a saute pan with maple syrup, 1 Tbsp of water and lemon zest. Bring to a boil and swirl until berries are softened and begin to release their juices.
Place one half of the peach on a plate, top with blackberries, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and garnish with mint leaves. Top with a heaping scoop of delicious DiNoci Dairy-Free Vanilla
